Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing files, responding to inquiries via email or phone, scheduling appointments, and maintaining databases.
Program Support: Aid in the coordination of program events, including workshops, seminars, and guest lectures. Assist with event planning, logistics, and promotion.
Academic Support: Provide support to faculty members with course preparation, including assembling course materials, setting up classrooms, and managing online learning platforms.
Student Assistance: Offer guidance and support to current and prospective students regarding program requirements, course registration, and academic resources.
Research Assistance: Assist faculty members with research projects, literature reviews, data collection, and analysis as needed.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the MSW program director or faculty members to support the overall functioning of the program.

Required Qualifications:

Current enrollment in the Master of Social Work program or a related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in administrative or academic support roles preferred, but not required.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
