JOB SUMMARY:

Student worker for the summer for the office of Campus ID

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Filing, typing, mailings, clerical, assists with supplies, data entry, receptionist, answers phone.
  • Assist the Front Desk with taking pictures and printing new ID cards
  • Assist in checking issue codes of ID Cards
  • Filing, assist with supplies, answers phone.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as  filing, organizing, inventory, and other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active/matriculated undergraduate student in good standing.
  • Familiarity with office procedures.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative.
