The Service Desk Associate STA will be responsible for:
• Providing telephone support and troubleshooting for customer service questions regarding hardware, software and network issues.
• Routing more complex issues/problems to appropriate staff members for resolution.
• Entering Service Now case requests into database and ensuring that issues are resolved in a reasonable amount of time.
• Keeping informed of current PC Support issues and system updates.
• Knowledge of current Windows operating systems, MS Office, and Seton Hall supported software.
• Familiarity working with database applications and querying information.
• Articulation, organization, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication.
