Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Seton Hall community in the use of various software platforms that support teaching and learning.
 Deliver face-to-face training on various software platforms.
 Create online training for various software platforms.
 Edit training materials for accuracy, design, clarity, and readability.
 Assist with the overall management of Learning Management System, including but not limited to creating courses/organizations, resolving account issues, and providing general support for Canvas questions and issues encountered by the SHU community.
 Participate in projects to assess various software platforms.

Required Qualifications:

 Strong written and oral communication skills
 Team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 Interest in learning about or training others in basic and advanced technology and online learning concepts
 Strong attention to detail
 Strong organizational skills
 Ability to approach problems creatively
 Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
 Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 programs and Seton Hall supported software and hardware
 Willingness to learn and implement new technologies
 Excellent customer service skills.

Physical Demands:

Carrying reams of paper as needed to stock printers.
