Responsibilities:

    • Tracking and scanning documents daily. Maintain confidentiality throughout process as documents are data sensitive.

     

    • Manage filing system after documents are scanned.

     

    • Assist students and families at front counter with Financial Aid Counselor present. Accurately answer inquiries and collect documentation.

     

    • Regulate virtual Financial Aid chat bot on rotated schedule. Answer general questions and delegate inquiries to the Financial Aid counselor that is present in the office.

     

    • Assist with virtual Financial Aid presentations for Admissions/Financial Aid nights.

     

    • Complete tasks given by Director and/or Assistant Director of Financial Aid

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with department/office procedures.
  • Knowledge of specific software programs as needed.
