General Maintenance Mechanic in Newark
Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs in selected buildings. The majority of the work will be with the electrical and plumbing systems, but the mechanic must be proficient in the general techniques of all common trades. The Community Liaison & Operations Coordinator serves as the Institute's lead administrative professional responsible for coordinating daily operations, advancing strategic initiatives, supporting community engagement, and facilitating the successful execution of Institute priorities. Working under the general direction of the Executive Director, the incumbent exercises independent judgment in managing Institute operations, developing operational recommendations, coordinating cross-functional projects, administering budgets, cultivating community partnerships, and representing the Institute with internal and external stakeholders. The position provides operational leadership that enables the Institute to fulfill its mission through effective administration, program management, donor engagement, and strategic project coordination. Conversational Spanish is highly preferred due to the Institute's engagement with Spanish-speaking students, families, alumni, donors, and community partners.

The Director of Examinations is responsible for the comprehensive administration, integrity, and continuous improvement of the Law School's examination program. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Director oversees all aspects of examination planning and administration, including scheduling, exam preparation and distribution, administration of in-person and remote examinations, implementation of approved testing accommodations, anonymous grading processes, and examination technologies. Working collaboratively with faculty, academic and student affairs administrators, the University's Disability Support Services office, Information Technology, and the Office of the Registrar, the Director ensures that examinations are administered efficiently, securely, equitably, and in compliance with institutional policies, ABA accreditation standards, and applicable legal requirements.

The New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF) Clinical Teaching Fellowship is designed to launch the teaching careers of practitioners with at least 3-5 years of practice experience, but applicants with less experience will be reviewed. The fellow will have the opportunity to co-teach with an experienced clinician and to participate in supervision rounds and discussions of clinical pedagogy with other clinical teaching fellows. The fellow also will be mentored in pursuit of a career in legal educations. The Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice seeks to hire a teaching fellow, starting on or about early September 2026 with flexibility to start at a later date. The fellow will be hired for 1 year, with the possibility of continuation for an additional 1 or 2 years.
