Responsibilities:

  • -Create annual attendance spreadsheets on Excel
    -Make copies and scans of important documents for department staff
    -Create promotional flyers for courses
    -Greet visitors and provide them with general information
    -Provide detailed administrative support such as answering phones, filing, and addressing questions

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Preferably a major or a minor in Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, or Criminal Justice departments
