The Career Center is seeking dynamic and motivated students to serve as Career Ambassadors. Our C.A. will be matched to one or more of the Career Center's strategic task forces based on their skills, experience, and interests. These task forces include Communications, Events/Marketing & social media, Data, and Technology. Each ambassador will contribute to projects that enhance the Career Center’s services and impact while gaining valuable professional experience. Available Task Force: • Communications Task Force – Focus on internal and student messaging and written communication. • Events, Marketing & Social Media Task Force – Promote career events through visuals, video, and social content creation. • Career Center Data Task Force – Assist with data collection, analysis, and visualization of outcomes and performance metrics. • Career Center Technology Task Force – Support onboarding of new platforms, testing tools, and helping create user-friendly resources.

The Employer Relations Graduate Assistant will work closely with the Director of the Career Center to support and advance initiatives that enhance employer partnerships, student engagement, and alumni relations. This in-person role offers a unique opportunity to gain professional experience in higher education, employer relations, and career advising. In addition to supporting employer-focused initiatives, the Graduate Assistant will also assist international students and alumni who contact the Career Center for career guidance.

This position will gain valuable experience in their technical proficiencies, while also strengthening their problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skill sets. Interns will assist with programs and projects for the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) including but not limited to Student Activities Board (SAB), Clubs/Organizations, Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL), Weeks of Welcome (WOW), New Student Orientation Program (NSOP) and other divisional initiatives.

The Pre-Professional Advising Center (P-PAC) Peer Advisor (Student Engagement) is a leadership position for students passionate about connecting with peers and enhancing engagement with P-PAC services and resources. Student Engagement Peer Advisors play an essential role on the P-PAC team, contributing to center initiatives including content creation, social media outreach, website updates, marketing, event promotion, student outreach, special projects, and administrative support. In this role, Peer Advisors serve as creative and approachable ambassadors of the office, helping to design and implement communication strategies that increase awareness of pre-professional advising services across campus. Responsibilities include creating social media content, developing flyers and promotional materials, supporting student outreach and special projects, and assisting with marketing campaigns. Peer Advisors (Student Engagement) gain valuable experience in digital marketing, content creation, communication, leadership, and project management, while actively advancing P-PAC’s mission of preparing future healthcare leaders and lawyers. *This position is available to students eligible for Federal Work-Study as well as those seeking Department-Funded student employment.*

Assoc Director of Healthcare Compliance Programs in Newark
The Associate Director Healthcare Compliance Program is responsible for assisting with the overall administration of the Center for Health & Pharmaceutical Law’s healthcare compliance program including recruiting, enrollment, and marketing, as well as the Center’s academic events including conferences, special programs, and symposia. This position provides direct assistance to prospective program applicants and enrollees, represents and markets the Center at industry events, and maintains and updates the Center’s webpages including the multiple compliance program pages. The position also supports the Center’s administration and faculty. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn and implement technology in the day-to-day work environment are necessary.
