The Department of Biological Sciences at Seton Hall University is seeking applicants interested in a full-time position for academic advising of undergraduate dual degree and nursing majors. The advisor will advise approximately 300 undergraduate students, provide registration PIN numbers to their advisees as appropriate, file necessary paperwork associated with advisees (e.g. Curriculum Adjustment Forms, Course Adjustment Forms, Applications for Overload, etc.), meet with students regarding grading and other academic concerns, assist at recruitment events and in contacting incoming students, and keep records of all paperwork and activities pertaining to advisement. Orientation and guidance can be obtained from consultation with Biology Dept’s Coordinator for Academic Advising; coordinator will also provide list of advisees.

The Office of Graduate Affairs seeks an Associate Director for Graduate Enrollment Marketing to join its team. Reporting to the Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs, this position will provide leadership and support in advancing the University's graduate recruitment, enrollment, and reporting goals. The Associate Director for Graduate Enrollment Marketing will have a hands-on role in implementing strategic marketing strategies and companion strategies that drive and support annual graduate enrollment goals. The position works in collaboration with a variety of colleagues and constituencies across the University to meet enrollment and revenue goals for assigned projects. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative colleague who possesses a strong blend of strategic, operational, and leadership skills in digital marketing communications, admissions initiatives, and results-based analyses. The Associate Director for Graduate Enrollment Marketing will work on the implementation and continual optimization of marketing activities and campaigns designed to generate and nurture quality leads, applicants, and enrolled students. This position will work primarily within Slate CRM to create and implement e-mail and SMS communications to prospective students. The incumbent will also be responsible for working in close collaboration with the Division of University Relations related to the design and production of targeted print materials (publications, postcards, letters, event invitations, posters, envelopes), mailings, emails, digital content, and text messages.

Reporting to the Director of the Pre-Professional Advising Center (P-PAC) and joining the P-PAC team, the Health Professions Advisor will perform a variety of advising, programming, and administrative functions to assist in the daily operations of the Pre-Professional Advising Center. The advisor will provide students with guidance, support, advising and coaching as students EXPLORE the health professions, PREPARE for, and go through the competitive APPLICATION process for medical school and other health professional schools. The advisor will help with the delivery and coordination of pre-med/pre-health programming, events, resources, and outreach.
