JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Assistant will provide administrative and project support to maintain daily office operations that are organized, efficient, and responsive. This role is ideal for a student who is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and interested in learning more about operations, project management, finance, facilities coordination, and office administration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with organizing files, documents, spreadsheets, and shared office materials

- Support basic data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks

- Help monitor project timelines, task lists, and follow-up items

- Assist with supply inventory, ordering preparation, and office organization

- Support meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, materials, and room setup

- Provide general administrative support for day-to-day operations

- Communicate professionally with staff, faculty, students, and campus partners

- Assist with special projects as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, reliability, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The candidate will also be a Math, Computer Science, Physics, Psychology, or Business undergraduate student.

Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, is preferred.
