JOB SUMMARY |
The Operations Assistant will provide administrative and project support to maintain daily office operations that are organized, efficient, and responsive. This role is ideal for a student who is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and interested in learning more about operations, project management, finance, facilities coordination, and office administration. |
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Assist with organizing files, documents, spreadsheets, and shared office materials - Support basic data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks - Help monitor project timelines, task lists, and follow-up items - Assist with supply inventory, ordering preparation, and office organization - Support meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, materials, and room setup - Provide general administrative support for day-to-day operations - Communicate professionally with staff, faculty, students, and campus partners - Assist with special projects as assigned |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS |
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, reliability, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The candidate will also be a Math, Computer Science, Physics, Psychology, or Business undergraduate student. Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026 |
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS |
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, is preferred. |
