JOB SUMMARY |
PA Student Mentors are important members of the academic team that advise high school students interested in pursuing healthcare professional careers. Mentors work collectively with program instructors to provide relevant assistance per the grade level of the students participating in experiences such as:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
PA Student Mentors will ensure a progressively collegiate focus to the student experience schedule. Mentors must be enrolled as physician assistant students in the Seton Hall Department of Physician Assistant, be in good academic standing, and demonstrate the following:

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS |
Sessions are one weekday per month between 8:00 am to 2:00pm. Note: Academic Year weekday school hours are adjusted as needed per school. Mentors will assist with clinical skills labs such as Blood Pressure, Knot tying, ACE bandaging, Glove & Gowning. |
