Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create project plans using Jira Project Management software.
· Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and task logs.
· Help design and create visual diagrams and workflows using Lucid Chart.
· Support the implementation and maintenance of SharePoint sites and document libraries.
· Assist with various communication initiatives.
· Provide administrative support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a graduate student in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related discipline).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Desired Qualifications:
· Experience using SharePoint.
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools.
· Knowledge of IT industry best practices and standards.
