Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Seton Hall community in the use of various software platforms that support teaching and learning.
Deliver face-to-face training on various software platforms.
Create online training for various software platforms.
Edit training materials for accuracy, design, clarity, and readability.
Assist with the overall management of Learning Management System, including but not limited to creating courses/organizations, resolving account issues, and providing general support for Canvas questions and issues encountered by the SHU community.
Participate in projects to assess various software platforms.
Required Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Interest in learning about or training others in basic and advanced technology and online learning concepts
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 programs and Seton Hall supported software and hardware
Willingness to learn and implement new technologies
Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Demands:
Carrying reams of paper as needed to stock printers.
