Associate Dean of Faculty Development and Strategic Initiatives in South Orange
The Associate Dean of Faculty Development and Strategic Initiatives is a member of the senior leadership team and works with the team to set goals and strategy across all domains of the School. This position requires oversight of all faculty-related strategic goals and initiatives, as well as significant reporting requirements of the School. Reporting requirements include oversight of AACSB annual data surveys, undergraduate and graduate external rankings and portions of the School’s annual report that relate to faculty and scholarship. The Associate Dean of Faculty Development and Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for drafting the faculty-related sections of the AACSB Self Study report and mid-cycle application report. The Associate Dean will join all other members of the Stillman administrative team in participating in prospective (undergraduate and graduate) student recruiting and alumni cultivation and stewardship.

The Part-Time Student Success Advisor serves as an initial point of contact for First-Year student adjustment to university life. They help students clarify personal, academic, and career goals; assist with the development and evaluation of University Life and Skills Courses; academically advise students for course registration; monitor academic progress; and connect students to campus resources throughout their first year.

Public Safety Officer-Bicycle Patrol in South Orange
The Public Safety officer’s primary purpose is to protect life and property. This is accomplished through a variety of tasks including: preventive patrol, reporting suspicious persons/activities, reporting unsafe conditions, providing transportation to students and the enforcement of University’s rules and regulations. Regulate pedestrian and vehicular traffic and provide a security presence for dignitary visits, special events, and sporting events. They complete written reports on all security related matters and provide information and assistance to students, staff and the general public. Finally, they assist South Orange Police, Fire, and Rescue Squad when necessary or as required.

The Seton Hall magazine Graduate Assistant (Part Time) is an Integral member of the team, and supports the planning, production and distribution of the publication. This role will provide hands-on experience in editorial work, content development, interviewing and editing as well as collaboration with faculty and staff contributors.Assists in planning and producing three to four issues annually of Seton Hall, the magazine published by the University and mailed to alumni and friends of the university.
