JOB SUMMARY
|
This student position will work with Project Acceleration, which is the dual enrollment program that Seton Hall runs with area high schools to give high school students the opportunity to obtain college credit. They will assist the office in customer service, filing, billing, communication, website updates, and other necessary projects.
|
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
|
1. Organize registration information such as payment and generated forms. Assist parents and students with registration process via emails and phone calls.
2. Keep in contact with Registrar on payments and registration statuses.
3. Act as liaison between the high school students, parents, and administration for registrations and payments.
4. Make sure that all loose ends for paperwork are completed in a timely manner.
5. Assist director with daily tasks including general office work, answering phones and emails, and completing any other tasks assigned
6. Maintain Databases daily including Excel and Outlook.
7. Weekly Communication with Seton Hall Administrators
8. Perform research; gather data.
9. Filing documents and organizing file cabinets

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
|
Registered full-time undergraduate student here at Seton Hall. Excellent organization, writing, math, and communication skills; professional; high level of attention to detail; ability to interpret and analyze data; intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
|
Flexible schedule.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
|
Must be available 10-20 hrs/wk September through May
|
