JOB SUMMARY:

89.5 FM WSOU, Seton Hall's College radio station, within the College of Human Development, Culture, and Media, Front Desk Receptionist.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with basic administrative functions of an office. Filing, sorting, collating, maintaining records, light office duties and running errands.

 

Greet, announce, and escort visitors to the station;

 

Keep reception area clean and free of clutter;

 

General office duties: sort mail, envelope stuffing, filing, organization, etc.;

 

Assist professional staff with other administrative tasks and duties related to the operations of a successful radio station;

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

No prior experience necessary.
