JOB SUMMARY
The STA will have opportunity to learn new Technology (InTune, Azure AD, Mac), problem-solving skills and work in a diverse technical team environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Imaging of specialized PCs
• Testing print packages
• Testing other packages
• Test new/updated Windows and Apple Macintosh applications
• Configure and setup Apple Macintosh devices
• Assist in testing new feature/functionalities within Jira
• Review our current Service Portal and provide feedback on its functionality and user experience
• Assist in reviewing tickets that are sent by customers via email
• Assist in providing technical support over the phone
• Assist in providing feedback on Knowledgebase articles that are created for Public. Confirm that Knowledgebase Articles are easy to follow.
• Suggest new Knowledgebase Articles that students could use
• Ways we can improve support to our customers (what does a student need help with/wish there was more information on?)
FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT
NO -- Federal Work Study eligibility not required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements
Must be a current Seton Hall student
• Knowledge of current Windows operating systems, MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook Email), and JIRA
• Familiarity working with database applications and querying information
• Someone who is articulate, organized and able to work as part of a team
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Other Physical Demands: Carrying reams of paper as needed to stock printers.
