Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the data collection and analysis of data for graduate and CON reports.
2. Assist faculty with technological support as needed (Canvas, Share point, TEAMS, SPSS, etc..).
3. Assist with literature, database and web searches in consultation with librarians to access bibliographic resources.
4. Provide support for preparation and dissemination of scholarly presentations/manuscripts.
5. After orientation to SPSS, enter/retrieve data using SPSS for various College of Nursing
scholarly initiatives.
6. Create tables/figures for dissemination of scholarly activities.
7. Edit/critique documents for grammar and APA format.
8. Collaborate with Secretary to Associate Deans to further develop/enhance Faculty.
9. Scholarship Share point Site (IPE initiatives, Call for Abstracts, faculty scholarly activities).
10. Assist at College of Nursing events, including graduate Immersions (3), Conferral of Graduate Degrees and Doctoral Hooding Ceremony, and other CON events.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Skilled in use of software such as: Microsoft, Qualtrics, TEAMS, accurate data entry, experience working with faculty training.
