JOB SUMMARY:

2024-2025 Federal Funded student worker-Registrar Office

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general office assistance - filing,mailings, errands, take phone messages during peak time, and work on special projects.
  • Assist on preparing for the May graduation ceremonies. (which includes, preparing the diploma covers, sorting out attire and more)
  • Must be available on Friday afternoon from 3pm to 4:30pm to assist in distributing classroom supplies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

No experience necessary

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to maintain excellent organizational skills and detailed organization.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
  • Excellent professional demeanor, self-motivated and flexible.
  • Dependable, punctual and has good customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
