This position leads to the coordination of signature career events and supports the delivery of experiential learning opportunities that prepare students and alumni for meaningful career outcomes. The Program Coordinator collaborates closely with the Director, Associate Director, Career Coaches, campus partners, and employer partners to ensure seamless event execution, strong student engagement, and measurable program impact.

The Career Coach provides individualized coaching, delivers career education programming, and collaborates with faculty, employers, and alumni to promote student success and measurable post-graduate outcomes. This position also contributes to employer engagement, assessment efforts, and strategic initiatives that enhance the University’s transformational student experience.
