Graduate Admissions Coordinator in South Orange
The Graduate Admissions Coordinator provides enrollment/registration assistance to all applicants to Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology, including seminarians, diaconal candidates, priests, religious sisters and brothers, and lay students. The Coordinator is the primary contact with inquirers as well as key offices of the University, Archdiocese, and sending dioceses and religious orders regarding enrollment policies and procedures and the resolution of enrollment issues. The Coordinator represents the School of Theology at Graduate Open Houses, off-campus orientations and similar events, and organizes and leads the annual orientation for new students. As the SEVIS Primary Designated School Official, the Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day regulatory compliance and administration for all F-1 Visa International Graduate Students, as required by the US Department of Homeland Security's Student and Visitor Exchange Program (SEVP).
