The IT Project Manager plays a key role in advancing the University’s strategic goals by leading and coordinating IT projects across academic, administrative, and technical areas. This position collaborates closely with University leadership, cross-functional teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The IT Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from intake and planning to execution and closure—while maintaining the University’s project portfolio. Core responsibilities include managing project scope and approvals, scheduling resources, leading project meetings, tracking tasks and risks, and providing clear, timely communication to stakeholders. This role also produces regular status reports and ensures alignment between project outcomes and institutional priorities.

Summer Peer Advisor Coordinators support the onboarding and leadership development of Peer Advisors while contributing to the successful transition of incoming first-year students. In addition to supporting New Student Orientation and Welcome Week, Coordinators engage in leadership training, connect with assigned Student Success Advisors (SSAs) or ULife Instructors, and co-lead summer info sessions for Peer Advisors. This paid position offers an opportunity to further develop professional skills and shape the upcoming academic year’s Peer Advisor experience.
