Responsibilities include efficient and effective assistance with a range of activities related to the College's Business Affairs, Office Maintenance, Support Strategies, and Operational Excellence. Relative to the Secretary's responsibilities and placement in the Office of the Dean, the Secretary is expected to be collaborative while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

The IT Project Manager plays a key role in advancing the University’s strategic goals by leading and coordinating IT projects across academic, administrative, and technical areas. This position collaborates closely with University leadership, cross-functional teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The IT Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from intake and planning to execution and closure—while maintaining the University’s project portfolio. Core responsibilities include managing project scope and approvals, scheduling resources, leading project meetings, tracking tasks and risks, and providing clear, timely communication to stakeholders. This role also produces regular status reports and ensures alignment between project outcomes and institutional priorities.

The Senior Instructional Designer provides leadership in instructional innovation, project management, faculty development, training development, and community engagement in support of the department's mission. This role partners closely with assigned academic departments to enhance course design, instructional effectiveness, and technology integration. Through collaboration and transparent communication with leadership, the Senior Instructional Designer drives initiatives that elevate teaching and learning across the university. In addition to supporting faculty in applying pedagogical theory, accessibility standards, and best practices, the Senior Instructional Designer designs and delivers comprehensive training programs for faculty, staff, and students and identifies emerging educational technologies to integrate meaningfully into learning environments.

Public Safety Officer in South Orange
This position is a 9-month position, mid August through mid May. The Public Safety Officer’s primary purpose is to protect life and property. This is accomplished through a variety of tasks including: preventive patrol, reporting suspicious persons/activities, reporting unsafe conditions, providing transportation to students and the enforcement of University’s rules and regulations. Regulate pedestrian and vehicular traffic and provide a security presence for dignitary visits, special events, and sporting events. They complete written reports on all security related matters and provide information and assistance to students, staff and the general public. Finally, they assist South Orange Police, Fire and Rescue Squad when necessary or as required. This officer will be positioned at the University Center Satellite Center.
