The IT Project Manager plays a key role in advancing the University’s strategic goals by leading and coordinating IT projects across academic, administrative, and technical areas. This position collaborates closely with University leadership, cross-functional teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The IT Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from intake and planning to execution and closure—while maintaining the University’s project portfolio. Core responsibilities include managing project scope and approvals, scheduling resources, leading project meetings, tracking tasks and risks, and providing clear, timely communication to stakeholders. This role also produces regular status reports and ensures alignment between project outcomes and institutional priorities.

Public Safety Officer in South Orange
This position is a 9-month position, mid August through mid May. The Public Safety Officer’s primary purpose is to protect life and property. This is accomplished through a variety of tasks including: preventive patrol, reporting suspicious persons/activities, reporting unsafe conditions, providing transportation to students and the enforcement of University’s rules and regulations. Regulate pedestrian and vehicular traffic and provide a security presence for dignitary visits, special events, and sporting events. They complete written reports on all security related matters and provide information and assistance to students, staff and the general public. Finally, they assist South Orange Police, Fire and Rescue Squad when necessary or as required. This officer will be positioned at the University Center Satellite Center.
