Seton Hall University is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment. Reporting to the Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs, the Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment will be responsible for leading and implementing graduate recruiting and marketing efforts to meet graduate enrollment goals for the University. The Executive Director will manage the day-to-day aspects of the graduate admissions process for the University and will serve as a member of the Office of Graduate Affairs leadership team. The Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment will be expected to maintain collaborative relationships with all Graduate Affairs partners and support the overall strategic enrollment efforts of the University. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing graduate admission strategies that are data-informed and results-oriented, and will be deployed across the spectrum of graduate programs offered by the University. This individual will also mentor, develop, and supervise a team of graduate recruiters while directing daily workflow and recruitment-related processes; and will bring established expertise and experience in graduate admissions, marketing, enrollment systems, and change management in higher education. The Director may be expected to work some evenings and/or weekends, and the position will require occasional local, regional, national, or international travel.

The Department of Professional Psychology and Family Therapy within the College of Human Development, Culture, and Media at Seton Hall University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer, with essential teaching assignments in the graduate Applied Behavior Analysis program. Lecturer appointments have a primary responsibility of teaching and are retained on a one-to-three-year contract, renewable upon recommendation by the Department and approval by the Dean and Provost. Lecturer positions are not on the tenure track but may be appointed at or promoted to the rank of Senior Lecturer, commensurate with demonstrated experience. Within the Department of Professional Psychology and Family Therapy, all programs have a strong commitment to preparing competent, socially conscious, reflective professionals. This includes training future behavior analysts who are scientist-practitioners committed to adhering to evidence-based, ethical, and equitable practice.
