The GA (Graduate Assistant) will assist the Technology Operations Management Office with overseeing a work-study staff which supports the Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) in various areas such as the Teaching, Learning and Technology Center, Walsh Library Computer Lab, Esports Gaming Lab, Service Desk, Technical Support Area, and IT (Information Technology) administrative offices. The position does not follow the academic calendar. The GA is responsible for covering evening and weekend hours when needed. The GA will utilize office programs to complete tasks and projects as assigned. Projects include assisting with managing departmental budget and expenditures, updating spreadsheets, etc. Proficiency in Excel is required.

Mock Trial Director in Newark
Seton Hall Law School is hiring a part-time Director of the Mock Trial Program for the 2025-26 academic year. The Mock Trial Program, founded in 2008, enables Seton Hall Law students to hone their trial skills by putting them into practice competitively. Students learn how to conduct a trial from opening statements to direct and cross-examination to closing arguments, in preparation for their participation in national interscholastic mock trial competitions. Seton Hall Law students typically participate in 4-6 national mock trial competitions per year. This is a part-time position that requires approximately 6-8 hours per week during each 13-week semester, with some additional time during the winter and summer to administer the program. The Director receives an annual stipend of $12,500 for this work. The Interscholastic Mock Trial Board is a group of 20-30 upper division students who compete in national mock trial competitions, both online and in person. The New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF) Clinical Teaching Fellowship is designed to launch the teaching careers of practitioners with at least 1-5 years of practice experience. After the first semester, the fellow will have the opportunity to co-teach with an experienced clinician and to participate in supervision rounds and discussions of clinical pedagogy with other clinical teaching fellows. The fellow also will be mentored in pursuit of scholarship interests and goals. The Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice seeks to hire a teaching fellow, starting on or about August 1, 2025, as described below. The fellow will be hired for 1 year, with the possibility of continuation for an additional 1 or 2 years.

The IT Project Manager plays a key role in advancing the University’s strategic goals by leading and coordinating IT projects across academic, administrative, and technical areas. This position collaborates closely with University leadership, cross-functional teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The IT Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from intake and planning to execution and closure—while maintaining the University’s project portfolio. Core responsibilities include managing project scope and approvals, scheduling resources, leading project meetings, tracking tasks and risks, and providing clear, timely communication to stakeholders. This role also produces regular status reports and ensures alignment between project outcomes and institutional priorities.
