Evening Shelving Worker/Seminary - 2025/2026 in South Orange
Must be able to work on either/or Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, from 7 PM - 9 PM. Duties are completed in Library Reading Room. - check shelves for out of place books - re-shelve returned books, including those left on tables - check periodical Display Shelves, refilling empty spaces and see that newspapers are neatly in place. Closing routine: - Straighten out chairs at desks and carrels - Refill paper in copy machine - Turn off machines, lights and lock up.

Office Assistant - Residence Life - 2025/26 in South Orange
The Central Office Assistant (OA) is a part-time staff member of the Department of Residence Life. They will assume an important role within the Residence Life office, aiding central staff members and completing various tasks assigned. Responding to the needs of the central staff in addition to those of students, parents, other departments, and guests of the University who contact the Residence Life Department will comprise a significant portion of the OA's work. Thus, the ability to manage critical administrative tasks while addressing situations and inquiries as they arise is necessary. In as much as the central Residence Life work environment is a dynamic one, the OA position is one that requires flexibility, adaptability, enthusiasm, and commitment as they are called upon to respond to changing needs and situations.
