This position collaborates closely with University leadership, cross-functional teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The IT Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from intake and planning to execution and closure—while maintaining the University’s project portfolio. Core responsibilities include managing project scope and approvals, scheduling resources, leading project meetings, tracking tasks and risks, and providing clear, timely communication to stakeholders. This role also produces regular status reports and ensures alignment between project outcomes and institutional priorities.

Peer Advisor Coordinators provide leadership and mentorship to the Peer Advisor team while continuing to support first-year students. Coordinators serve as role models, guide a group of Peer Advisors, ensure timely communication and documentation, and promote a strong team culture through regular check-ins and community-building efforts. In addition to fulfilling core Peer Advisor duties, Coordinators take on expanded responsibilities in oversight, mentorship, and accountability. This is a paid student leadership position offering up to 20 hours per week during the academic year, with opportunities to strengthen supervision, communication, and program leadership skills.
