Student Security Analyst will work within Corrigan Hall on reviewing and analyzing security systems, security reports and processes. Student Security Analysts will document all work done and provide written analysis of any incident, report or process assigned. Mock Trial Director in Newark
Seton Hall Law School is hiring a part-time Director of the Mock Trial Program for the 2025-26 academic year. The Mock Trial Program, founded in 2008, enables Seton Hall Law students to hone their trial skills by putting them into practice competitively. Students learn how to conduct a trial from opening statements to direct and cross-examination to closing arguments, in preparation for their participation in national interscholastic mock trial competitions. Seton Hall Law students typically participate in 4-6 national mock trial competitions per year. This is a part-time position that requires approximately 6-8 hours per week during each 13-week semester, with some additional time during the winter and summer to administer the program. The Director receives an annual stipend of $12,500 for this work. The Interscholastic Mock Trial Board is a group of 20-30 upper division students who compete in national mock trial competitions, both online and in person. The Office of Graduate Affairs seeks an Associate Director for Graduate Enrollment Communications to join its team. Reporting to the Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs, this position will provide leadership and support in advancing the University's graduate recruitment, enrollment, and reporting goals. The Associate Director for Graduate Enrollment Communications will have a hands-on role in implementing strategic communication plans that drive and support annual graduate enrollment goals. The position works in collaboration with a variety of colleagues and constituencies across the University to meet enrollment and revenue goals for assigned projects. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative colleague who possesses a strong blend of strategic, operational, and leadership skills in digital marketing communications, admissions initiatives, and results-based analyses. The Associate Director for Graduate Enrollment Communications will work on the implementation and continual optimization of communications and campaigns designed to generate and nurture quality leads, applicants, and enrolled students. This position will work primarily within Slate CRM to create and implement email and SMS communications to prospective students and will contribute significantly to the social media presence for the office. The incumbent will also be responsible for working in close collaboration with the Division of University Relations related to the design and production of targeted print materials (publications, postcards, letters, event invitations, posters, envelopes), mailings, emails, digital content, and text messages.

The New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF) Clinical Teaching Fellowship is designed to launch the teaching careers of practitioners with at least 1-5 years of practice experience. After the first semester, the fellow will have the opportunity to co-teach with an experienced clinician and to participate in supervision rounds and discussions of clinical pedagogy with other clinical teaching fellows. The fellow also will be mentored in pursuit of scholarship interests and goals. The Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice seeks to hire a teaching fellow, starting on or about August 1, 2025, as described below. The fellow will be hired for 1 year, with the possibility of continuation for an additional 1 or 2 years.
