Student Worker - Library Dean's Office - 2025/26 in South Orange
Work with the Assistant to the Dean and Secretary to the Deans office. Provide administrative support with strong work ethic: communicating with patrons and librarians/staff, data entry, occasional deliveries and pick-ups around campus, create documents and signage, help organize the office, answer general inquiries. Responsible for daily walk-through of building to document and report facility and housekeeping issues. Responsible for maintaining bulletin board postings. Assist with other library tasks. Shifts would be scheduled between 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Students who applied to the general library posting previously are encouraged to reapply.

The incumbent also works with the Director of Admissions to ensure all admissions records are accurate.
