The Associate Director Healthcare Compliance Program is responsible for assisting with the overall administration of the Center for Health & Pharmaceutical Law’s healthcare compliance program including recruiting, enrollment, and marketing, as well as the Center’s academic events including conferences, special programs, and symposia. This position provides direct assistance to prospective program applicants and enrollees, represents and markets the Center at industry events, and maintains and updates the Center’s webpages including the multiple compliance program pages. The position also supports the Center’s administration and faculty. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn and implement technology in the day-to-day work environment are necessary.

Position is vital in ensuring the proper and legal processing of forms, the compliance of medical, academic, military, and physical requirements, and initiation of financial incentives and scholarship benefits for all qualified students. Additionally, it supports the marketing operation requiring the position to manage and execute a budget that funds recruiting and advertising expenses. Grants Specialist, Office of Grants & Research in South Orange
Under the supervision of the Compliance, Grants and Grants Information Systems Manager, the core work is with faculty and university personnel to develop proposals for grants and contracts for research, teaching and education; responsible for proactive outreach and pre-award support, budget development, consistent application of the Office of Grants & Research Services (OGRS) policies and knowledge and use of grant systems locally and in funding agencies for grant application/subcontract processing and review. The office is part of the Provost's Office and closely works and cooperates with Corporate and Foundation Relations, Grants Accounting and other academic functions, and will perform the core work functions with those units as well, representing OGRS. Supports the Director and Grants and Grants Information Systems Manager with projects as assigned and assists in the work of support through the entire life cycle of grants.
