A full-time administrator is needed to perform a variety of technical duties related to our Human Resources functions and initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a detailed and organized person to become part of our service-oriented HR team. In the HRIS area, work on payroll audits, system setup and collaboration with Payroll, Benefits and IT. Focus on Banner HR/Payroll to ensure best use of system. Serve as functional lead on technical projects for increasing use of HR systems, including Applicant Tracking (Page Up), Banner, and Performance Appraisals (Cornerstone/SABA). Coordinate audits and reconciliation with Payroll office to ensure proper accounting throughout year.
