* This is a pool posting; applications will be held onto for two years. Seton Hall University seeks applicants for adjunct professor positions in Arabic, Chinese, Classics-Greek-Latin, French, German, italian, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish. The positions are in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures within the College of Arts and Sciences. Candidates should have a Master’s degree or higher and experience teaching languages. Teaching loads are one to two courses per semester at the elementary, intermediate, or Advanced levels. All classes are taught in person.

Blue Crew Ambassadors are professional staff members of the Office of Admissions. Blue Crew Ambassadors work alongside the Admissions Counselors and staff to ensure that visiting potential students and families have an enjoyable experience at Seton Hall University. The Blue Crew will register families and give guided tours of campus (along with any tour related activities). Blue Crew Ambassadors are also very knowledgeable of the application process, history of the University, and have a certain pride and enthusiasm in the institution they attend. Blue Crew Ambassadors play a vital role in the recruitment of students to the University and provides assistance with various admissions tasks. A successful Blue Crew Ambassador develops excellent communication, resource, and networking skills, which can later be applied in post-college careers. In addition, Blue Crew Ambassadors will conduct themselves in a professional manner and model positive behavior consistent with the Catholic Mission of the University, community life standards, and academic requirements.

Gallery Intern - Summer 2026 in South Orange
Intern will work under the supervision of the Gallery Director on researching, cataloguing, and rehousing objects in the Walsh Gallery’s permanent collections. The intern will also assist the Gallery Director with conceptualizing, researching, and writing didactic text for the fall exhibition. Intern must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills and be able to work independently following a hands-on training period. The internship is on-site and not eligible for remote work. Work Schedule: 160 hours over 8 weeks (20 hours/week). Schedule will be determined in consultation with Gallery Director.
