    Student Worker - DOVE Service Learning - 2026/27 in South Orange

    Work studies are the connection between the Division of Volunteer Efforts (DOVE) Service Learning Team and the student population at Seton Hall. They are responsible for coordinating weekly programs through DOVE, as well as completing in-office work that will foster our programs and our relationship with outside agencies and our Catholic mission.

    Summer 2026 - Dean's Office Student Worker for University Libraries in South Orange

    Provide administrative support with strong work ethic: communicating with patrons and librarians/staff, data entry, occasional deliveries and pick-ups around campus, create documents and signage, help organize the office, answer general inquiries. Responsible for daily walk-through of building to document and report facility and housekeeping issues. Responsible for maintaining bulletin board postings. Assist with other library tasks. Shifts would be scheduled between 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Students who applied to the general library posting previously are encouraged to reapply. This position reports to the Assistant of the Dean of University Libraries and the Secretary of University Libraries.
