Biology Undergraduate Academic Advisor in South Orange
The Department of Biological Sciences at Seton Hall University is seeking applicants interested in a full-time position for academic advising of undergraduate dual degree and nursing majors. The advisor will advise approximately 300 undergraduate students, provide registration PIN numbers to their advisees as appropriate, file necessary paperwork associated with advisees (e.g. Curriculum Adjustment Forms, Course Adjustment Forms, Applications for Overload, etc.), meet with students regarding grading and other academic concerns, assist at recruitment events and in contacting incoming students, and keep records of all paperwork and activities pertaining to advisement. Orientation and guidance can be obtained from consultation with Biology Dept’s Coordinator for Academic Advising; coordinator will also provide list of advisees.

Visual and Media Engineer II (CHDCM) in South Orange
Under the supervision of the CHDCM Director of Production/Facilities, the Visual Media Engineer provides engineering and technical services and maintains studio and broadcasting equipment within the CHDCM, including but not limited to the Television Studio Facility in Fahy Hall, the Media Studio within the University Center, and related spaces serving the curricular and extra-curricular activity. Additionally, the Visual Media Engineer manages the inventory and student use of television, broadcast, audio/visual and digital cinema equipment within both the Visual and Sound Media program and other related activities within the College, such as SHU TV.

The incumbent will support budget planning, system integration, and the enhancement of campus-wide efficiencies. Key responsibilities include assisting with cost allocation modeling (RCM) within the complex landscape of higher education.

Associate Athletic Director Marketing in South Orange
This position oversees the strategic development, implementation, and activation of sports marketing campaigns of all fourteen (14) sponsored sports with specific emphasis on men’s basketball and women’s basketball. It manages the organizational branding towards the achievement of visibility, relevance and revenue goals / objectives. With oversight of select staff, and serving as a negotiator of media objectives, this position will be accountable for the marketing and fan development strategies of advertising, media promotions, website content, social media, and extended game-day events, including management and execution of timelines and activities affiliated with athletics’ events. Working with Communications, Development office and Ticket Sales offices, as well as external constituencies, this position will actively analyze the results of materials, programming and events relative to campaign and branding goals / objectives.

The Department of Physics at Seton Hall University invites applications to fill a tenure-track assistant professor position beginning the Fall 2025 semester. A Ph.D. in Physics or Applied Physics and a research specialization in Engineering is required. Candidates should have expertise and research interests in renewable energy, environmental science & engineering, and related topics in materials science & engineering, The candidate is expected to build an on-campus research program, successfully seek sponsored research grants, and involve undergraduate and graduate students in scholarly activity.
