The Department of Biological Sciences at Seton Hall University seeks a full-time contract faculty member.

The Department of Biological Sciences is undergoing rapid growth and seeks to develop areas in the fields of data science, biochemistry, cancer biology, and environmental science. The Department of Biological Sciences offers a diverse research environment with 12 primary faculty members studying interactions within the disciplines of molecular biology, bone biology, immunology, neuroendocrinology, and virology. We offer graduate programs, core facilities, and a collaborative environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

Applicants will be expected to teach 4 courses in biological sciences per semester at the graduate and undergraduate levels and engage in service to the Department and University. Required Qualifications:

Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in biological sciences or closely related field. Strong applicants should be able to teach undergraduate and graduate students effectively in both a large and small classroom setting.

Desired Qualifications:

Preferably able to teach General Biology, Cellular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, and/or Anatomy & Physiology

FA01 - Faculty
