Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business is searching for a tenure-track assistant professor of economics to start in the Fall of 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have an affiliated appointment in the School of Diplomacy and be responsible for offering one to two cross-listed courses in economic development per academic year. The teaching load is a 3/3. We are looking for someone who can balance excellence in teaching with an active research portfolio within development economics, along with having some engagement in the school and university community.
Required Qualifications:
We seek candidates who hold a PhD in Economics from an accredited university with scholarly interests in economic development, and who are able to teach principles/intermediate macroeconomics and electives in the candidate’s area of specialization within economic development that are suitable for cross-listing with the School of Diplomacy.
