Assisting in the development, organization, and implementation of centralized onboarding, training and succession planning program in the Division of University Advancement
This includes but is not limited to:
- Support Sr Director in developing and updating uniform division-wide resources for onboarding of new employees.
- Assist in planning & implementing on site training for UA division members during Fall and Spring semesters.
-Develop assessment tools for training programs and provide analysis of feedback.
- Assist with creation of cohesive recruitment materials for vacant positions,
- Collaborating on the development of bi-monthly newsletter for division members
- Developing welcoming materials, work anniversary and birthday acknowledgments for team members
B. Various Office Assignments
This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting with filing and other office tasks when needed
C. Other Duties as Assigned
Ability to create forms, advertisements and brochures, knowledge of marketing strategies, Ability to work independently and on project-based work. Knowledge of specific software programs as needed.
Marketing major preferred, availability to work during summer months and break periods as needed desired.
