Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide support for 4 academic internship courses for undergraduate and graduate students. Grade assignments as appropriate. Manage learning agreement and assessment tools, calculate and report performance indicators. Manage courses' Blackboard.
2, Assist with daily office functions including management of internships and employment databases.
3. Assist with implementation and assessment of annual outcomes survey.
4. Participate in office and recruitment events.
5. Design and edit promotional materials for events. Manage and execute events' promotion on School's social media.
6. Review resumes.
7. Oversee DIPL Careers mailbox and respond appropriately.
8. Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one year office experience or commensurate experience in an academic environment including working with student life or other student organizations.
Minimum undergraduate or graduate GPA of 3.2.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media.
Must be available for occasional weekend and evening hours.
