Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Registrar for any special assigned tasks.
    Ability to work with faculty, administration, and other students

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Organizational skills
    General computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    Strong attention to detail
    Must be available to work on Fridays
    Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
    Ability to handle confidential documents and academic records with discretion
    Must be on campus, this is not a remote position
    Experience working in an office setting is a plus
  • Preferred major in Computer Science or Information Technology Management.
