The School of Health and Medical Sciences (SHMS) at Seton Hall University invites applications for a twelve-month, open rank faculty position in the Department of Interprofessional Health Sciences and Health Administration’s Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) Program beginning July 1, 2021, subject to budgetary approval. Seton Hall University’s MHA Program is the only CAHME-accredited program in New Jersey and is honored to be part of the select CAHME Mentorship Circle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include teaching on-campus and online graduate courses, conducting research, applying for grants, mentoring, and advising graduate students, and participating on committees at the department, school, and university levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualifications for the position include: a PhD in health administration or a closely related field. Candidates with a background in economics, finance, and data analytics and prior teaching experience, including online delivery, are especially encouraged to apply.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in the healthcare management field will be beneficial.
