Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in weekly team meetings to brainstorm new ideas for social media content and initiatives
Organizes and posts social media content for events and virtual campaigns
Creates content graphics in platforms such as Canva to promote different events and campaigns
Responsible for creating Facebook event pages and scheduling content through Sprout Social for Facebook and Twitter
Creates emails for alumni using iContact (mass email marketing system)
Updates records in Seton Hall's alumni database
Quick learner with attention to detail
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Skilled at creating content on social media
Must be a strong writer with familiarity of Associated Press style writing
Experience using Canva or any photo/graphic editing system (eg. Photoshop).
Experience in mass email marketing systems such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, iContact.
Familiarity with video/audio editing.
Ideal candidate has written published pieces such as news stories, blog posts, and feature pieces.
