Full-Time Term position in Economics South Orange
Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business is searching for a full-time term hire in economics to start in the fall of 2022, pending budgetary approval. Our courses are typically taught in person, on campus but the candidates should be willing to teach online if needed. An ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Economics from an accredited university, with a minimum qualification of a Master’s degree plus relevant work experience. Candidates are expected to teach economic principles courses and some field courses (such as Labor Economics, History of Economic Thought, etc). The teaching load is a 4/4. We are looking for someone who can maintain AACSB accreditation for this type of position and is a passionate, effective teacher. Seton Hall University is located on a 58-acre suburban campus in South Orange, New Jersey, just 14 miles from New York City and is the oldest Catholic diocesan institution of higher education in the United States.
