Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations. Complete special projects as directed by the faculty or deans within the Stillman School of Business. Manage and respond to project related email. Attend project meetings. Position requires the candidate to see projects through from inception to completion independently. Prepare, maintain and update website materials. Prepare articles, reports and presentations for faculty supervisor. Proctor exams. May assist faculty during class meetings. Grade student assignments/assessments. Assist in administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and printing of various documents for office use. Assist the Dean's Office in administering course evaluations. Assist with special events as designated by the Dean's Office. Applicants must possess an understanding and willingness to support the Seton Hall University Catholic mission.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified applicants will be students accepted for the M.B.A., M.S. in Accounting or M.S. in Professional Accounting Programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have strong GMAT or GRE scores. Candidates will have strong initiative, a superior work ethic, work independently with minimal supervision, ability to work collaboratively, and excellent oral and written communications skills. Confidentiality and reliability are key for this position.
