Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Directors of Internships & Career Development  and Professional Services with daily office functions, including management of  database of internship and employment contacts;
2. Provide support for four internship courses for undergraduate and graduate students.  Duties include revision of course materials and Blackboard content, maintaining student records for the course, and corresponding regularly with the grading instructor;
3. Provide administrative support for campus events, information sessions and alumni networking events including planning, promotion, reservations and execution;
4. Represent the Offices at new student orientations, open house events, graduate and undergraduate recruitment events, webinars and other official School of Diplomacy functions;
5. Other tasks as assigned. 

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of one year office experience or commensurate experience in an academic environment, including working with student life/ student organizations
2. Minimum undergraduate or graduate GPA of 3.2

5. Must be available for  occasional weekend and evening hours
