Blue Crew members are professional staff members of the Office of Admissions. Student worker for the department of Card Access to assist with the daily office tasks of the department.
Assistant Stockroom Clerk (Summer 2018) South Orange
Perform stockroom and mail duties. Verify stockroom is properly stocked and supplied. List items for reorder, if necessary. Compile purchases made, billed to the stockroom and prepare monthly IDT form and charge back the respective departments. Log incoming packages and notify recipients that there is a parcel waiting. Dispatcher - IHSC Nutley - Repost South Orange
The primary purpose of the Dispatcher is to protect life and property. This is accomplished through monitoring, coordinating, and controlling information received from sources such as duress, access, and intrusion alarms on campus. The Dispatcher commands our central communication center. The Dispatcher is responsible for all telephone and radio communications. Information is evaluated and communicated to the appropriate Public Safety personnel as well as police, fire, and medical services. Finally, in the absence of a supervisor, the dispatcher assumes the duties and responsibilities of a Security Manager.

Student Laptop Technicians provide technical support in the Consultation Area in Corrigan Hall. Student Technicians are responsible for providing laptop software and hardware technical support and troubleshooting for members of the Seton Hall community. Student technicians will document all work done on any laptop in various databases as warranted. In addition, Student Technicians are expected to provide excellent customer service at all times.

The CH23 Office assistant assists with directing members of the community to appropriate locations and fulfills office tasks for Managers in Suite 23. These office assistants occasionally assist with staffing events that require laptop support and maintaining the functionality of printers on campus.

The technical database administrative assistant will assist full-time laptop technicians with technical support. The Administrative Assistant assists with the coordination of administrative activities, retrieving, organizing and disseminating information to the technicians as well as top executives. They possess excellent interpersonal skills. They are comfortable interacting across multiple levels of the organization and coordinate with other departments, personnel and external business entities.
Tech Admin Assistant 2018-2019 - PCSS South Orange
The administrative assistant must offer support for the Consultation Area in Corrigan Hall as well as assist the student laptop technicians with technical support. The Administrative Assistant works the front desk and is responsible for controlling the workflow of the room. They are also responsible for the coordination of administrative activities, retrieving, organizing and disseminating information to the technicians as well as top executives. They possess excellent interpersonal skills. They are comfortable interacting across multiple levels of the organization and coordinate with other departments, personnel and external business entities. The front desk is also considered the crisis center and the Administrative Assistant should attempt to handle all situations that arise.
Service Desk Assistant 2018-2019 - PCSS South Orange
Service Desk Associate STA must be able to analyze and determine solutions for problems brought up by customers by phone. You should be able to work alone or with others as a team to determine any problems and come up with the most efficient solution. Service Desk Associate STAs must have a working knowledge of various software systems, be able to enter detailed Service Now cases, and be informed of university and PCSS policies & procedures. STAs should demonstrate interpersonal verbal and written skills and act appropriately within a professional technology support team committed to a common goal.
