The GA assists the Director and Staff of the Office of Campus Ministry in being a pastoral presence on Seton Hall's campus. The GA will work directly with the Director. Duties including the recruiting, coordinating, and scheduling of Eucharistic Ministers and Lectors; being present at all Sunday evening Masses to ensure that Eucharistic Ministers and Lectors are present, as well as arranging for gift bearers and taking up the collection; being present at and coordinating special and occasional liturgies; preparing and sending out by email the Campus Ministry weekly update; managing the Campus Ministry social media pages; being present at Thursday Campus Ministry events; being the coordinator and facilitator of the Campus Ministry eBoard; creating marketing flyers for upcoming events; assisting with annual events such as the Campus Ministry Christmas party, Super Bowl party, etc.; assisting with retreats; assisting with "Theology on Tap" and "Dinner and Dogma" events; other duties as requested by the Director and Staff of Campus Ministry.

Required Qualifications:

Publisher, Excel, Canva, very adept at use of social media; Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience in a parish setting; either a Major or Minor in Catholic Studies or a Bachelor's Degree in Theology.
