  • The School is seeking a motivated individual (graduate student preferred, but undergraduate students will be seriously considered) to work with the Assistant Dean for Graduate Enrollment and Student Affairs and the Director of Public Relations, Marketing and Special Events to support the following functions:

    Admissions and Enrollment Management:
    • Regular interaction with prospective students and applicants
    • Print mailings regarding admissions decisions
    • Email correspondence
    • Database projects and related research
    • Promotional outreach and recruitment initiatives
    • Campus tours

    Special Events:
    • Set-up, facilitate & break-down events, including transporting materials to/from various campus locations (occasional evening and weekend hours required)
    • Communicate with vendors and campus partners during event-planning process
    • Represent Seton Hall and SHMS during events
    • Promote events to Seton Hall and external audiences

    Public Relations and Marketing:
    • Research, write & edit promotional and informational materials
    • Website updates
    • Generate ideas and content for social media, including photography
    • Represent the School and its programs at campus events as needed

    Other responsibilities:
    • Errands around campus (drop-off and pick-up at various on-campus buildings)
    • Office/clerical work (registration lists, mailing lists, name tags, scan/copy/fax materials, organize data, filing)
    • Communications with faculty, staff and administrators throughout Seton Hall

  • Be able to work during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule to be determined. Occasional evening and weekend work required for special events.
