Ideal candidates will have strong initiative, a superior work ethic, work independently with minimal supervision, ability to work collaboratively, and excellent oral and written communication skills.Duties include, but are not limited to, conduct library searches; consult with librarians to access bibliographic resources; after orientation to SPSS, enter/retrieve data using SPSS for various College of Nursing scholarly initiatives; create tables/figures for dissemination of scholarly activities; edit/critique documents for grammar and APA format; serve as liaison to publishers to obtain desk copies; collaborate with Secretary to Associate Deans to further develop/enhance Faculty Scholarship Sharepoint Site (IPE initiatives, Call for Abstracts, faculty scholarly activities); collaborate with Associate Dean to develop standardized College of Nursing presentation format; provide support for preparation and dissemination of scholarly presentations; assist in manuscript submission as needed, and assist in filing as needed or as appropriate.
* Acceptance into a graduate-level program at Seton Hall University. Applicants must be new to their graduate program or have at least two years of coursework remaining.
** Understanding and willingness to support the Seton Hall University Catholic mission.
** Maintain 20-hour weekly work schedule. Specific schedule is coordinated with graduate assistant’s supervisor and is subject to change, with advance notice.
