Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• opening and sorting incoming mail
• filing and sorting documents
• handling sensitive application materials
• packaging letters and stuffing envelopes
• occasional data entry projects
• assisting at Undergraduate Admissions events approximately 4-5 times per year
• other duties as assigned

Student must have knowledge of general office duties and equipment. He/she must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, as well as utilizing internet resources. Student should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and must conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner.

Non-first semester students interested in applying must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Students interested in the position as a Federal Work Study position must complete and submit a FAFSA each year and meet the federal government’s requirements. Please contact the Financial Aid Office for additional information.

Previous office experiences a plus.
