Provide career preparation/consultation/advisement in support of undergraduate students.

Assist with data and analysis of annual outcomes survey.

Assist students with resume and interview preparation. Prepare and present career-related workshops, including resume writing, interviewing, portfolio development, networking and social media.

Career Center activities/projects:
Participate in career fairs, event planning teams and projects.
Provide support with online job board/career management system
Conduct outreach to employers and alumni to support career programs

Assist with On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program and Employer Information Sessions:
Provide administrative support with OCI that includes outreach to students and employers and hosting when they arrive.

Additional duties as assigned.

Applicants must possess an understanding of and willingness to support the Seton Hall University catholic mission.

Graduate Assistant should be accepted or enrolled in a full-time graduate program at Seton Hall University. The GA should be available for 2 years of employment with The Career Center. The GA will work 20 hours per week and should be available for occasional evening programs and workshops. The GA should possess time management, organizational and customer service skills and have experience in project management and working on teams. Experience working with undergraduate students, is preferred. Employment is from September 1 – May 31. Summer GA work is optional and will be determined at the discretion of the Director
